We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. Some messages need research before we can answer them properly, especially when they relate to technical estimates or content corrections. Even then, we would rather take a little more time and send a useful response than reply quickly with vague information.

If we do not know the answer to your question, we will say so. We would rather point you toward a better source than give weak advice about a real project.

Yes. There is no sign-up, no subscription, and no hidden fee. The goal is to keep planning tools accessible so users can get to a useful estimate quickly.

Our content is protected by copyright. We are open to discussing licensing, quoting with attribution, or partnership ideas, but please contact us first so we can review the request properly.
We do not currently advertise a white-label product, but we are open to hearing from contractors, publishers, and businesses with specific ideas or partnership requests.
We cannot provide full project consulting, but our blog and calculator cover many common planning questions. For large, structural, drainage-sensitive, or permit-driven jobs, a local licensed contractor is the right next step.
